If you wish to return an item to us, we have answered a variety of the most common questions below. Please read through these below to understand our returns process and what qualifies.

Returns Policy

1. Return Due To Change Of Mind

JSS Automotive will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We unfortunately cannot refund the value of any original shipping paid either.

Once returns are received and approved by our quality assurance team, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-10 business days. It usually does not take this long to be completed but this is the maximum timeline we advise. We will notify you once this has been completed through email

During sales, the sale discounts are only valid for new orders placed during the specified sale period and cannot be retrospectively applied to backorders.

For all parts sold where custom work was done, these are sold at the customer's own risk. This means we cannot offer any refunds, returns, exchanges or credit if you no longer need or want the part. Due to the nature of custom work, we do not hold stock of them as we order them on a case-by-case basis. For any other queries please get in touch with our customer support team via email.

 

2. Return Due To Minor Imperfections

As the seller, we are here to help and offer advice if possible with any installations of our aftermarket parts supplied if required. We cannot cover return delivery costs or refund delivery costs of aftermarket items that have minor imperfections or need minor modifications as this is to be accepted when buying an aftermarket product. The buyer is to fully accept this before purchasing aftermarket products from our website, on the telephone or in-store from us

3.Warranty Returns

JSS Automotive will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within the products warranty period and proof of purchase. Warranty claims can vary from parts damaged in transit to missing items within your delivery. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim if a part needs to be returned to us. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect JSS Automotive to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) Refund to your original payment method

(b) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

4. Return Due to Receiving the Incorrect Part

Get in touch with our customer support team on jssautomotive1@gmail.com. The team will be happy to assist you in getting the incorrect part back to us and the correct one dispatched out to you. Be advised, we would require the incorrect part back before dispatching the correct part.

5. Refund Due to Rejection of Customs Fees or Rejection of Delivery

If a delivery is rejected due to customs fees or for any other reason, please inform the customer services team. They will action the courier to return the delivery to us and confirm the return cost. Your refund will be processed when the delivery return is received and approved by our quality assurance team, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business for the United Kingdom and 5-10 business for other countries. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

1. How do I return an item?

Simply pack the item well in a taped and secure box, ideally in the same manner as how you received it from us, in its original condition. Fill in the returns form included in your order and insert this into the box as well. Ship your return order back to us within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund excluding original delivery fees.

Please be advised, if the return label has been attached to the product box and this incurs damage in transit back to us, the part will no longer be classed as new and a deduction will be made from your refund.

We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of receiving the item back at our Wembley warehouse. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item and returning it to us safely in its original condition. We cannot offer a full refund if the product is damaged during shipping or does not reach us due to unforeseen shipping issues. The amount refundable is determined by our quality team upon arrival at our warehouse.

3. What if I change my mind about my order or I ordered the wrong product?

You can send it back to us, no problem! Make sure when shipping the product back that it is securely packaged. If damage happens during transit, your refund may not be accepted. Unfortunately, the return postage cost is the sole responsibility of the customer and this will not be refunded in this case either. This includes cases where the shipping was free at checkout. The actual cost we paid to cover your shipping will also be deducted from your refund. In the case where you request us to provide a return label, this cost will also be deducted from the refund total.
